Richard Chirgwin is an IT&T journalist with more than 20 years' experience. He has written for and edited a very broad range of technical publications in the electronics, broadcasting, customer: relationship management, computing, software, and telecommunications industries.
As Research Manager at Telsyte (2003 to 2005) and as Research Manager at Market Clarity (2006 to 2008), Richard was principal author for a large number of detailed research studies covering Wireless Broadband, VoIP, Data Networking, along with numerous client publications. Richard remains an associate consultant with Market Clarity. Richard was also co-author with Shara Evans of a discussion paper for the Communications Alliance covering QoS issues in VoIP services.
Richard is also available for short-term contracts.
